These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Blue Peak Couriers services. By creating an account, shipping with us, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

Blue Peak Couriers offers courier, freight forwarding, air & sea shipping, and local delivery services. We serve both personal and business customers.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate personal and shipping information.

  • Each customer is responsible for their account login details.

  • Business accounts may require additional verification.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times (air: 3–5 business days, sea: 7–10 business days) are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or third-party delays.

  • All packages must comply with Jamaican customs regulations.

  • Hazardous or restricted items may require special handling or may be refused.

4. Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for paying customs duties and taxes on shipments exceeding the duty-free threshold (currently USD $100, subject to Jamaican law).

  • Blue Peak Couriers assists with customs clearance but cannot override government requirements.

5. Payments & Fees

  • Shipping fees must be paid in full before delivery is released.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit cards, and approved local payment options.

  • Invoices will be provided via email.

6. Liability

  • Packages are handled with care and include basic insurance coverage.

  • Blue Peak Couriers is not liable for losses or damages caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, airline strikes, customs delays).

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a package if there is an issue.

7. Prohibited Items

Customers may not ship:

  • Hazardous materials (paint, aerosols, batteries, perfumes, etc.) unless pre-approved

  • Illegal substances or contraband

  • Items restricted under Jamaican or international law

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, unpaid invoices, or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
