How do I create an account?
Simply select “Sign Up” on our website and fill in your details. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your Blue Peak U.S. shipping address and account number.
What is my Blue Peak address?
How often do shipments arrive in Jamaica?

Air Freight: 2–3 times weekly (delivery within 3–5 business days).

Sea Freight: Weekly shipments (delivery within 7–10 business days).
Delays may occur due to customs clearance or third-party carriers.
When will I be notified about my package?
We’ll send you an email notification within 1 business day of your package being scanned at our Miami warehouse. You can also check your portal for real-time updates.
How do I track my packages?
Log into your Blue Peak portal or use your tracking number on our website. You’ll also receive status updates by email.
Are my packages insured?
Yes, all packages include basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance can be purchased for high-value items at your request.
When do I have to pay customs duties?
Duties and taxes are applied to shipments with a value above USD $100, as required by Jamaican Customs. Blue Peak will handle all customs processing on your behalf.
How will I know my charges?
An invoice with all fees (shipping, handling, duties if applicable) will be emailed to you before delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and local payment options at our branches.
Can someone collect a package on my behalf?
Yes — just add their name and ID details in your customer portal. They will need to show valid ID when collecting.
What items are restricted or require special handling?
Restricted items include:
Paint & aerosols
Nail polish & perfumes
Batteries & e-cigarettes
Deodorant sprays, dry shampoo
These are considered HAZMAT goods and may require special packaging or monthly shipping.

Mandeville – Mon–Sat: 10am–6pm
Our Miami warehouse is open Mon–Fri: 9am–5pm (EST).
